Orders within Germany are typically delivered within 2-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation.

Orders to German islands are delivered within 3-7 business days.

Climate-neutral international shipping (EU, Switzerland) is available within 3-8 business days.

Free, climate-neutral standard shipping within Germany on orders over € 60.

You have the right to withdraw and return items within 14 days of receiving them.

Deliveries to all other countries, especially overseas, may currently take at least 2-5 weeks due to limited transportation capacities.

International shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight and destination.

Personalized Products

We process personalized products within 1-3 business days of receiving your order, then dispatch them immediately.

Non-personalized Products

For non-personalized products, we require 1-2 business days for production, provided if they are not in stock.

Custom orders that are more than our standard range may take a bit longer due to additional design time.

Priority Processing
If you need your order quickly, we offer priority processing. Simply reach out to us after placing your order at miagobox@gmail.com or through our contact form.
Note: Priority processing only affects our handling time and does not include express shipping, as this is currently not available

There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges allowed on digital items, custom-made pieces and items on sale.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances: If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail us their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange.

Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, in good condition and in their original packaging. MIAGO BOX reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition.

If you return goods to us, please use an insured method of despatch and obtain proof of posting. We can’t accept liability for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
