  • What is the commercial use of the templates?
    If you are interested in using our digital/printable templates or handmade products for commercial use, please contact us miagobox@gmail.com.
  • Can I share the digital templates with others?
    No, sharing our digital templates with others is not permitted. Each purchase is for a single user only. If you would like to share the templates with others, please direct them to our website to purchase their own copy.
  • Can I post your DIY product on my blog/social media?
    Yes, you can post one photo of the finished paper project with a link to our original post and our original selection on our online shop. You can also pin our photos on Pinterest. Thank you!
  • What can I do with the digital templates I purchase?
    You are welcome to use the design on personal items. Please be aware of what you are purchasing prior to checkout. Nothing will be mailed; it is not a finished product. It is a digital file that is to be used with a cutting machine, for example: Cricut and Sillhouette machines. Not all machines are capable of using svg, eps or dxf files. It is your responsibility to know what your machine needs. You may print and use the digital templates for your own party decorations or gifts, but you may not copy, sell/resell as transfers or sublimations, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without additional license. Mass producing of purchased items is not allowed. You can not upload the file to any print on demand sites such as but not limited to Cafe Press, Zazzle, Amazon Merch, Printful, etc.
  • We are non-profit organization; can we use your digital or/and physical products?
    Yes, charities and non-profit-organizations are allowed to use our files or physical products. However, please contact us in advance to obtain permission.
  • Why I haven't received an order confirmation email after purchase?
    We send your order confirmation email to the email address that you provide in the checkout right as your purchase is completed. If you have not received an email from us within an hour of purchase, please check your spam/ junk folders too, just in case! You can also search the following string in your inbox: "your MIAGObox order confirmation" to track down the message. This email will contain all of the information that you provided in the checkout (contact details, shipping & billing address, payment information & product(s) purchased, etc) and your order ID will be included in the email title. If you have placed an order and haven't received your order confirmation email, please drop us a message with your full name and order number to check your order status and we will resend the email to you.
  • I need my order by a certain date. Can you make this happen?
    I always try my best to accommodate a tight turnaround time if you need it. A need by date, NOT a party date MUST be provided with your order. That is how I prioritize my projects to ensure your order arrives on time. Once the package leaves my home, however, I have no control over the carriers and when they will actually deliver - especially on international orders.
  • What payment methods can I use?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express debit and credit cards (if the card has a symbol for visa or MasterCard, it should work!). You can purchase using PayPal, and Apple Payments too. You can have confidence that your information is safe and secure too as our checkout page uses SSL. If you have any trouble checking out or selecting your preferred payment method, please drop our team a message here and we'll be happy to help!
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    We accept changes to your order up to 6 hours after placing your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes once the order has been processed and packed for dispatch. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we don't accept exchanges or cancellation for: custom or personalized orders digital downloads items on sale
  • How long will my order take to produce?
    Our standard production time is 5-7 business days.
  • Will the product I receive look exactly like the pictures on the website?
    Many of our products are handmade, and the collections are part of the unique charm and character of each item. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and pictures of our products. Please note, that due to variations in lighting, camera equipment, and individual screen settings, the color and design of the product you receive may differ slightly from those shown in the pictures on the website.
  • I need my items customized, is that possible?
    Absolutely, I love helping your ideas come to life. All items can be modified in color and size or even embellished. All custom/personalized items are made to order. The upcharge for a custom fee will depend on the scope of work that is required for your request and I am happy to send over a quote any time.
  • Shipping Information
    Please take note of fulfillment and shipping times. Many items are made-to-order and every single order is packed and shipped by our small team from our studio in Ostalbkreis, Germany. You can expect to receive a notification when your order has gone out. Do not hesitate to reach out, if you are hoping to receive your order by a particular date. Please email us at miagobox@gmail.com with your order number. We will always make our best effort to accommodate.
  • Fulfillment *Handled with care
    Please allow up to 5 business days for fulfillment. Each order is packaged with care by our small team at our studio in Ostalbkreis, Germany. In general, all MIAGO BOX product is made-to-order, while items from our curated selections are ready-to-ship. For any orders with made-to-order items, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship out; orders entirely consisting of ready-to-ship products can expect orders to go out within 5 business days.
  • I live in the Ostalbkreis area and want to pick up - do you offer porch pick up?
    Absolutely! Just let us know prior to ordering and we will send you a special code to eliminate shipping costs and let you know whenever your order is ready for pick up.
  • What is your return policy?
    We do not accept returns or offer refunds. There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges allowed on digital items, custom-made pieces and items on sale. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances: If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail us their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, in good condition and in their original packaging. MIAGO BOX reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. If you encounter an issue with your purchase, please drop us a message. If you return goods to us, please use an insured method of despatch and obtain proof of posting. We can’t accept liability for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to process.
  • Oh no! I didn't get my order in time for my event. Can I get a refund?/ Can I return my items?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer any returns or refunds due to a carrier delay in delivery.
  • Oh no, I just purchased this item and it just broke!
    If your recently purchased items from us happens to break, please e-mail us as soon as possible! While we believe all items should be handled with care, our handmade products should not just fall apart. These pieces are delicate in appearance but are well made products that can withstand regular use. Our handmade products will not withstand abuse and we will not take responsibility for gift boxes, keepsakes packaging or any craft supplies damaged as a result of rough handling.
  • Oh, I’m just not that into it.
    Please consider your purchase carefully. We put a lot of effort into providing product details and images of our products so that you can make an informed decision before placing your order. We do not accept returns and we do not accommodate exchanges for different products.
